Nu-Twist High Pressure holders were created by CMW for high pressure welding. The system offers a hex locking nut, an internal baffle which funnels water flow to the tip, and an O-ring to seal against water leaks. The electrode is made with a double-groove that allows it to be accurately locked into place with no more than a turn and a half. Nu-Twist electrodes are made with a flat end that prevents jamming. Electrodes and holders are available in three sizes: Size 1 (.625 inch base), Size 2 (1.125 inch base), and Size 4 (1.625 inch base).
