Teeter-Tip holders allow for dual welding, which can cut your weld time in half. These holders have water fittings to combat high heat, deliver equal current and pressure to each tip, and can compensate for variations in the weld surface up to .060”. Teeter-Tips are available in two styles: Light-Duty or Heavy-Duty. Light-Duty Teeter-Tips use a 4RW or 5RW shank to fit your machine. They hold 4RW or 5RW male caps, or 4RW or 5RW tapered electrodes. Tip spacing is available up to 4”. Heavy-Duty Teeter-Tips use a 5RW or 7RW to fit your machine. They hold 4RW or 5RW male caps, or 4RW or 5RW tapered electrodes. Because these holders have a stronger, deeper body than the Light-Duty, spacing up to 6” is available.
