This is a smaller version of the Equa-Press holder, designed to be used with forces up to 1000lbs. The holder equalizes current and force by using an internal roller. This allows the electrodes to contact the weld surface squarely, as the tip axis remain parallel to the direction of the force. The holders can be ordered with spacing of 1 to 1-1/2 inches between barrels and will hold a 5RW cap taper or a standard 4RW or 5RW taper.
